Josh has been involved with many aspects of the real estate industry since 2008, including as a Partner in a private REIT. His drive to create Air Realty grew out of frustrations with the current brokerage model and the lack of empowerment granted to the homeowner. Josh’s vision is to develop tools to place the power of the transaction into the hands of the customer.
As a professional Estate Agent and REALTOR® for 29 years Steve has worked for several “big box” (Prudential Real Estate, Sotheby’s International Realty, & Keller Williams Realty) and “boutique”(People Realty, Red Door Realty) real estate companies in both the United States & Canada. Steve has managed large portfolio sales programs for banks (Colonial Savings & CIBC) and other large public institutions (CMHC) , as well as many, many, individual purchase and sale transactions in both countries! He brings a wealth of experience and enthusiasm to any individual residential real estate transaction, or large scale marketing program.
Mitch is a partner at the Halifax law firm of Wickwire Holm. He is an experienced real-estate practitioner, and has acted for numerous persons and entities in connection with a variety of real-estate related matters, including buying and selling residential and commercial property, refinancing and other lending transactions, and land development. Mitch also serves on the board of the Canadian Condominium Institute (NS Chapter), and is the chair of its Education Committee.
David is a Mortgage Broker with Finevo Lending Group. In October of 2016 he took over the 4 Atlantic Provinces for the company and has helped many Canadians achieve home ownership. In 2017 he was a finalist for a Canadian Mortgage Award for Alternative Lending and prides himself for his creative solutions. Understanding the importance of the internet age, David Clarke has built his whole system to be done online as well as traditionally in person. David lives in the Eastern Shore of Nova Scotia with his wife, dogs and farm.
William has an extensive career working with top companies to deliver their message across all medians. His creative eye is important for Air Realty customers when learning the ins and outs of the listing process.
